Raid log

Rigs cost mined ORE. Consumables take in-game $SMELT or wallet $SMELT. Permanent perks, Rig Crates, Custom Name and Prestige are wallet $SMELT only — you sign each one in your wallet.

Rigs PRODUCTION

Rigs are bought with mined ORE and each adds flat ORE/sec. Every rig takes one slot — seasonal and ✦ permanent alike — so a slot spent on a small rig is a slot you cannot reuse. Buy a Server Rack for +6 slots. ✦ Permanent rigs (kept after a reset) come from Rig Crates.

Store CONSUMABLES

Timed buffs and raid energy. The price of an item rises each time you buy it, and a buff can be stacked to at most its own duration. Paying with wallet $SMELT is 25% cheaper.

Smelting it yourself gives 15,000 ORE → 1 $SMELT, so an offer above that rate is cheaper ORE than smelting and below is pricier.

📖 How SMELT works

An idle mining game on Solana. Tap the furnace to mine ORE. Smelt ORE into $SMELT. Hold $SMELT in your wallet, build rigs, raid, and trade. What you do with all that is up to you.

Ranks

The $SMELT held in your wallet sets your rank, and your rank multiplies everything your rigs mine:

Rank$SMELT heldMining
— Unrankedunder 100,000×0.30 (−70%)
1 · Bronze100,000 – 499,999×1.00 normal
2 · Silver500,000 – 999,999×1.30 (+30%)
3 · Gold1,000,000 – 4,999,999×1.60 (+60%)
4 · Diamond5,000,000 or more×2.00 (double)

It is read live from the chain: hold more and your rank goes up within seconds; move $SMELT out of your wallet and it drops. In-game $SMELT does not count — only what is really in your wallet.

Rigs — seasonal vs ✦ permanent

Seasonal rigs are bought with ORE and are wiped when the season resets. ✦ Permanent rigs come from Rig Crates and are kept forever.

A ✦ permanent rig is also 50% more productive than the seasonal rig of the same model — a ✦ Server Farm out-mines a normal one without taking any extra room. Since both take exactly one slot, every ✦ you pull makes your whole rack worth more.

A rig can never be sold or swapped, so filling slots with small rigs locks you out of bigger ones. Buy a Server Rack for +6 slots: permanent (wallet $SMELT, survives reset) or seasonal (in-game $SMELT, this season only).

Rig Crate (gacha)

Paid with wallet $SMELT. Most crates give a long temporary buff; a small chance gives a ✦ permanent rig. If luck is bad, a rig is guaranteed within 12 crates — the counter shows your progress and never resets except when you get a rig.

Raids & cover

Unsmelted ORE sitting on your furnace is exposed — other players can raid and steal a slice of it. Smelt it into $SMELT (safe), or cover the pile with Ash Cover. A raider holding a Thermal Lance can cut through Ash Cover, so cover is not absolute. Raid charges refill slowly, a failed raid costs you ORE, and once smelted or withdrawn $SMELT can't be raided at all.

What decides a raid. Three things feed your raid power, and rigs matter most:

  • ORE gathered this season — the grind counts, but with diminishing returns (it enters as a square root, so ten times the ORE is about three times the power).
  • Your rig build — total rig production, weighted heavily. A serious rig farm out-punches a bigger ORE pile.
  • Your wallet's on-chain record — read once when you connect. Attacking uses your velocity, defending uses your survival.

The two powers are compared to give the odds, and no raid is ever a certainty: the chance is clamped between 8% and 92%. The underdog always has a shot, and the favourite can always lose.

Raiding lifts you up the board and never drags anyone down. ORE you take is added to your season total. The player you hit loses ORE from their furnace, but their board position is untouched — so no one can be knocked down the ranks by being attacked.

Lose a raid and part of your own ORE is lost to the reward pool. Win, and a small cut of the haul goes there too — the prize is funded by the fighting.

🏆 Season prize

The board is ranked by ORE gathered this season — mining and raiding both count — and it resets every season, so a new player is never racing against months of someone else's history.

The prize is paid by finishing place, not in proportion to how much you mined, and it is sent straight to your wallet on-chain — it does not pass through your in-game balance, so no withdrawal cap and no withdrawal fee apply to it.

Payout is not instant: there is a hold after the season closes before it goes out, so the final board can be checked first.

⛽ Refuel — trading buys you raids

Raiding costs energy, and energy refills slowly on its own. To get more right away, trade $SMELT and convert that volume into energy: the Raids tab links straight to the market, and you paste the transaction signature back to claim it.

Buys and sells both count, and you keep your tokens either way — the volume is what earns the energy, so the only thing it really costs you is the trade itself. Every redeem is verified on-chain against your own wallet: a signature works only once, and only for the wallet that actually made the trade.

The rate is pegged to a fixed dollar value and follows the live $SMELT price, so refuelling costs about the same whether the token is up or down — it never quietly gets more expensive because the price moved.

You never have to spend a thing: energy refills free on a timer. The Refuel card shows the exact rate, the minimum, and how fast it regenerates.

⏳ Time & the season

Hold streak

Rank rewards how much you hold; the streak rewards how long. Every day you keep at least Bronze adds +4% to your mining, up to ×1.5 after 12 days. Drop below the floor and you get one day of grace — the streak only resets if you are still under it the next day.

Trading on-chain

Listings can be settled two ways. In-game uses the $SMELT balance you built by smelting — instant, nothing to sign. On-chain pays the seller in real $SMELT, wallet to wallet, in a single transaction that also carries the market fee. You sign it and pay the network fee; if the seller has no token account yet, its rent is included and shown to you first.

You can only settle on-chain when you are the one paying tokens. On a WANTED listing you hand over ORE and receive $SMELT, so there is nothing for you to sign.

Trader rewards

Buying on-chain earns progress toward permanent rewards. In-game purchases do not count — only trades that really settle wallet to wallet. The rewards are untradable: they can only be earned by trading, never bought as a shortcut.

Buy volumeReward
100,000Energy Core
400,000✦ Permanent Rack (+6 slots)
1,200,000✦ ASIC Stack
3,000,000✦ Server Farm

What counts. Volume is counted per partner, netted: what you bought from someone minus what you sold back to them. A genuine one-way purchase counts in full, at any size — buy a ✦ rig for a million and the whole million counts.

What does not. Two wallets passing the same item back and forth cancel out to nothing, however many times they do it, because the value never actually left. Trades with bots, and your own listings, are ignored entirely.

Your raid record

The Raids tab tracks wins, losses, how often you were hit, and the ORE you have taken versus lost. Net ORE is the number that matters — it answers whether raiding is actually paying for itself. Win rate appears once you have fought three raids.

Burns

A share of everything spent in the game is set aside to be destroyed on-chain — not moved to a wallet it could quietly come back from. When a burn runs, the token's total supply drops and the transaction appears on the explorer, with every burn listed by its signature so you can verify it yourself.

Cashing out — patience is priced in

Withdrawing always costs a flat 10%. On top of that sits an extra tax that falls to zero over 24 hours — and resets every time you cash out. Nothing is ever locked and there is no cooldown: you can withdraw whenever you like. But someone cashing out daily pays the extra tax every time, while someone who waits pays none of it.

Seasons & editions

Every ✦ permanent rig is stamped with the season it was minted in, and that stamp is permanent. Once a season closes, its edition can never be minted again — so an early rig stays provably scarcer than a later one, no matter how many are pulled afterwards. Wallets that played season 1 keep a ★ GENESIS mark for good.

Emission — how $SMELT is actually paid out

Every day a fixed amount of $SMELT is released — the daily payout. It's shared out between all miners in proportion to how much they produce: the more your rigs make, the bigger your cut. Your cut builds up around the clock as your smelting quota, and smelting turns your ORE into $SMELT up to that quota. The furnace shows your share of today's payout.

The daily payout is only ever a slice of what backs it, so it can never run dry. And the majority of everything spent in the game flows straight back into it — so every purchase anyone makes raises the daily payout for everyone, including players who never spend a thing.

Your quota builds up for 12 hours and then stops. Sleep, work, a day out — you lose nothing. But disappearing for a week won't bank a week of payout to cash in at once, so there is always a reason to come back and smelt.

🔧 Maintenance

Occasionally the game is paused for maintenance. A banner appears at the top and mining, trading and raids stop for everyone. Nothing is lost — your rigs, items and balances are exactly as you left them, and production resumes when service does. You can still read Docs and Ranks while it's paused.

Halving

Every 84 hours (2× per season) the daily payout is cut in half, so the early hours of a season are the richest ones. Nothing you own is touched by a halving — only the size of the daily payout changes. The header shows the countdown to the next one.

Season & auto-reset

A season lasts 7 days, then automatically rolls into a fresh one (top miners are rewarded first). The header shows Season ends. On a reset:

Two ORE totals, and they behave differently. Season ORE is what the leaderboard ranks you on and it starts again from zero each season. All-time ORE only ever goes up, and it is what Prestige measures — so a season reset never sets your career back.

Prestige

Measured on all-time ORE, not this season's — the milestone survives every season reset.

Pay wallet $SMELT to reset your rigs and unsmelted ORE in exchange for a permanent production boost that compounds each time. Your $SMELT, perks, name and permanent rigs stay.

Withdraw

The season prize does not pass through here — it is sent to your wallet directly, uncapped and untaxed.

Cash your in-game $SMELT out to your real wallet (a real on-chain transfer). Capped at 1,000,000 per day with a small tax; withdrawing early costs a bit more, fading as you play.

Daily buff

Once a day you can share on X to claim a timed production buff — a separate button from mining.
